可再生能源国外政策综述

Review of Foreign Policy on Renewable Energy

由于传统化石能源储量有限,且化石燃料燃烧通常会排放大量烟尘、有害气体等污染物,对空气、水质、土壤等自然生态环境造成污染和破坏,随着全球对环保和化石能源资源紧缺问题的重视,发展可再生能源对保障能源供应、保护生态坏境和推动经济发展起着至关重要的作用。通过对国外可再生能源政策的调研、归纳和总结,希望可以对国内可再生能源的发展起到一定的借鉴作用。

As the traditional fossil energy reserves are limited, and fossil fuel combustions usually emit a lot of pollu- tants such as smoke and harmful gases, which has caused pollution and damage in air, water, soil and other natural ecological environment. With the global attention to environmental protection and the shortage of fossil energy re- sources, the development of renewable energy plays an important role in ensuring the supply of energy, protecting the environment and promoting economic development. Through the research, induction and summarization of the foreign renewable energy policy,this paper hopes to play a certain role in the development of renewable energy in China.
