医护一体化工作模式在预防人工气道非计划拔管中的效果分析

Efficacy of medical integration model in prevention of unplanned extubation in artificial airway patients

目的:探讨医护一体化模式在预防人工气道非计划拔管中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2013年7月至2016年6月,我科监护室实施人工气道的882例患者临床资料,将2013年7月至2014年12月的436例患者作为对照组,2015年1月至2016年6月收治的446例患者作为实施医护一体化模式后的观察组,比较2组患者非计划拔管事件的发生情况。结果:实施医护一体化模式后,患者人工气道非计划拔管率从2.29%降至0.45%,具有明显差异(χ2=5.59,P=0.02)。结论:采用医护一体化模式能够有效降低人工气道非计划拔管发生率,预防患者人工气道非计划拔管事件的发生。

Objective：To explore the feasibility and efficacy of medical integration model in the prevention of unplanned extubation in artificial airway patients. Methods：A retrospective analysis was conducted in 882 cases admitted to our intensive care unit undergoing artificial airway from July 2013 to June 2016. Totally 436 cases who were admitted from July 2013 to December 2014 were defined as the control group,and 446 cases who were admitted during January 2015 to June 2016 were set as the observation group with application of medical integration model. The unplanned extubation events rates in two groups were compared. Results：With the application of medical integration model,unplanned extubation rate in artificial airway patients was significantly reduced from 2.29% to 0.45%（χ^2=5.59,P=0.02）. Conclusion：Medical integration model can effectively prevent the occurrence of unplanned extubation events.
