医护人员艾滋病应对能力对比研究

Comparative Study on Coping Ability for AIDS of Medical and Nursing Staff

目的了解医护人员艾滋病应对能力现况,为提高临床护士和医生艾滋病应对能力提供科学依据。方法采用医务人员艾滋病应对能力问卷对四川省571名护士和476名医生进行调查。结果护士和医生的艾滋病应对能能力评分分别为(72.59±8.88)分和(73.87±6.68)分。其中护士的艾滋病应对能力总分及各维度评分均低于医生,差异有统计学意义,除应对能力知识除暴露源、暴露途径、政策方面护士与医生差异无统计学意义外,其余知识条目差异均有统计学意义。结论针对医护人员掌握较差、知晓率较低的艾滋病相关知识点开展强化培训,并针对不同岗位分层开展艾滋病应对能力培训,提高培训效果。

Objective To investigate and analyze the sta- tus of AIDS coping ability, and to provide evidence for improving the ability of clinical nurses and doctors to deal with HIV / AIDS. Methods The questionnaire survey was conducted among 571 nurses and 476 doc- tors in Sichuan province. Results The scores of AIDS coping ability of nurses and doctors were （72. 59 ＋ 8.88 ） and （73.87 ＋ 6. 68 ） respectively.The total score of AIDS response ability and each dimension score of nurse were significantly lower than that of the doctor. Except the source of exposure, ways and policies on the nurses and doctors differences in exposure had no statistical significance, other knowledge items about coping ability were significantly different. Conclu- sion According to the resuhs of the survey, the AIDS related mong medical staff should be strengthened, and training for ducted in order to achieve satisfactory effects. knowledge with less knowing and awareness rate a- elevating AIDS coping ability also should be con-ducted in order to achieve satisfactory effects.
