宝贝计划-免疫规划信息管理系统统计接种率的可行性和对接种率的影响分析 被引量:4

Baby Plan-Immunization Program Information Management System for Counting Inoculation Rate and the Impact on Vaccination Rate

摘要 目的应用宝贝计划-免疫规划信息管理系统(BP-IIMS)统计接种率的可行性和对接种率的影响分析。方法 2016-10,采用多级抽样方法,对沙坪坝区BP-IIMS试运行预防接种门诊固定接种的1岁儿童684名、2岁儿童732名和3岁儿童664名进行国家免疫规划疫苗(NIPV)接种率调查。同时,利用BP-IIMS统计1岁儿童、2岁儿童和3岁儿童NIPV接种率。采用SPSS17.0软件进行统计分析。结果 1岁儿童卡介苗(BCG)、乙型肝炎疫苗(HepB2-3)、口服脊髓灰质炎减毒活疫苗(OPV1-3)、百白破联合疫苗(DPT1-3)、含麻疹成份疫苗(MCV1)、流行性乙型脑炎JEV1,2岁儿童甲型肝炎(HepA)、MCV2、DPT4以及3岁儿童JEV2BP-IIMS统计接种率与抽样调查接种率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);除A群脑膜炎多糖疫苗(MPV-A1-2))外,其余疫苗各剂次接种率均>90%。BP-IIMS统计1岁儿童、2岁儿童、3岁儿童BCG、HepB2-3、OPV1-3、DPT1-3、MPV-A1-2、MCV1、JEV1接种率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),除MPV-A1-2外,1岁儿童的其余NIPV各剂次接种率高,2岁、3岁儿童接种率低。结论 BP-IIMS获取数据方便、结果准确,与抽查接种率一致性较高,能真实反应接种门诊儿童NIPV接种率,可替代接种率报告和接种率抽样调查;短信通知也能明显提高儿童NIPV的接种率。但系统使用时间短,与其它系统比较数据不够多;日常维护,运行成本又高;推广使用应慎重。 Objective To analyze and evaluate the feasibility of using the Baby Plan Immunization Program Infor- mation Management System ( BP - ⅡMS) for counting the inoculation rate and the impact of using the system on the vaccination rate. Methods A national immunization program (NIPV) inoculation rate survey was conducted in 684 children aged 1 year, 732 children aged 2 years and 664 children aged 3 years vaccinated in BP - ⅡMS trial operation vaccination clinics in Shapingba District and recruited by multistage sampling in October, 2016. BIIMS was used to calculate the NIPV inoculation rates of 1 - year - old children, 2 - year - old children and 3 - year - old children separately. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 17.0 software. Results There were no statistically significant difference between the BP -ⅡMS calculated inoculation rates and inoculation rates obtained in the sampling survey ( P 〉 O. 05 ) for Bacille Calmette - Guerin ( BCG), Hepatitis B vaccine ( HepB2 -3 ), Oral Poliomyelitis Attenuated Live Vaccine (OPV1 -3), Diphtheria, Pertussis and Tetanus Combined vac-cine ( DPT1 - 3 ), measles vaccine ( MCV1 ), Japanese Encephalitis Vaccine ( JEV1 ) in 1 - year - old chil- dren, Hepatitis A vaccine ( HepA), MCV2, DPT4 in 2 - year - old children and JEV2 in 3 - year - old chil- dren. Except Group A Meningococcus Polysaccharide Vaccine (MPV- A1 -2), the inoculation rates of these vaccines were all more than 90%. There were significant differences in BP -IIMS calculated inoculation rates of BCG, HepB2 - 3, OPV1 - 3, DPT1 - 3, MPV - A1 - 2, MCV1, JEV1 in children aged 1, 2 and 3 years old all ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Except Group A Meningococcus Polysaccharide Vaccine ( MPV - A1 - 2), the inoculation rates of other NIPV vaccines were higher in children aged 1 year than in children aged 2 years and 3 years. Conclusion It is convenient to use BP - ⅡMS to obtain data, and the results are accurate. Moreover, the vacci- nation rate data are highly consistent with the sampled inoculation rates and can truly reflect the NIPV inocula- tion rates in vaccinated outpatients and replace vaccination rate reporting and sampling survey. SMS notification can significantly improve the child NIPV vaccination rate. However, the system has not been used for sufficient- ly long time, and data are insufficient relative to other systems. Additionally, the system needs routine mainte- nance and high operating costs. Therefore, eaution should be exercised in promotion of the system.
