摘要
当前,羽毛球运动在高校中是一项比较普及的运动。它比较容易上手。也正是因为这样,使得大多数羽毛球爱好者对防范运动损伤的意识不强。如果没有接受专业老师指导,技术动作不规范,平时又缺乏相关的身体素质锻炼,身体承受运动负荷的能力较低。业余羽毛球爱好者在运动前准备活动不够充分,甚至不做准备活动就直接进行羽毛球运动。上述几种情况都是非常容易造成损伤的。旨在通过对山西工程技术学院羽毛球爱好者常见的损伤进行调查与分析,提出相关预防方法及建议,以期能够降低羽毛球爱好者在进行羽毛球运动时受伤的概率。
At present, badminton is a popular sport in colleges and universities. It is easy to play. It is pre- cisely because of this, the sport injury prevention awareness of majority of badminton enthusiasts is not strong. If no teachers receive professional guidance, technical movement is not standard, the lack of normal physical exercise, the ability of the body is under low load. The movement for badminton preparation is not sufficient, e- ven without any preparation activities to play badminton directly, these cases are very likely to cause injury. The purpose of this paper through the investigation and analysis of common sport injury of badminton enthusiasts in Shanxi Institute of Technology put forward related preventive measures and suggestions, in order to reduce the probability of sport injury when playing badminton.
