不同浓度的吲哚丁酸对河北杨硬枝扦插苗的影响

Effect of Different Concentrations of IBA on the Cutting Survival of Populus hopeiensis Hu et Chow

以河北杨1年生健壮平茬条为材料,选取粗度0.5~1.0cm的插穗,设0(对照)、50、100、150mg·kg^(-1) 4种IBA浓度,进行扦插试验。结果表明IBA处理后的河北杨插条成活率均比对照高25.34%~36.87%,其中100mg·kg^(-1)处理的成活率最高,生产中应优先选用该浓度处理河北杨插穗。

0.5 cm^l. 0 cm thick cuttings from one year＇s branch of Populus hopeiensis H u et Chow generated either from stumping were prepared. Cuttings were treated with IBA at concentrations of 0 mg. kg-l（CK）,50 mg · kg-1, 100 mg · kg-1 and 150 mg · kg-1 for experiment. The result showed that cuttings treated at different concentrations had a 25.34 %-36.87% higher survival rate over CK, with the concentration of 100mg. kg-1 having the highest at 36.87% over the CK.
