在分析植物组织培养污染分类、污染原因基础上,提出了外殖体选择、采集、预培养、清洗消毒等外植体污染防控措施,熏蒸消毒、紫外灯照射灭菌、设备器械消毒等环境污染防控措施,操作人员卫生、操作规程执行等操作污染防控措施。

Contaminations in reasons. Explants selection, steaming, ultraviolet lamp workers and operation proce the process of plant tissue culture were classified based on sources and collection and sterilization as well as contamination control measures like and equipment sterilization were highlighted. Relevant regulations for dures to prevent contamination were analyzed in light of the contamination types and reasons.
