湿加松扦插成活率的主要影响因子分析

The main factors affecting the survival rate of cuttings of Pinus illiottii×Pinus caribaea

在吉安青原区进行的湿加松扦插试验结果表明:湿加松扦插可以达到较高的成活率,影响成活率的主要因子是穗条的质量,温度和湿度的控制;生长激素的处理对成活率影响不大。湿加松适宜的扦插环境为温室大棚,温度30℃~40℃,湿度90%以上,穗条粗约2~3 mm,长度约为8 cm。

The cutting experiment of Pinus illiottii^Pinus caribaea was tested in Ji＇an of Jiangxi Province, the results showed that its cutting can reach higher survival rate, the quality of cuttings, the control of temperature and humidity are the main factor affecting the survival rate of P. iUiottii×P, caribaea, growth hormone treatment has little effect on the survival rate. The suitable cutting environment for P. illiottii×P, caribaea cutting was that keeping temperature at 30 ℃ to 40 ℃, humidity at more than 90% within greenhouses, and coarse about 2-3 mm, length of about 8 cm.
