141例淋巴瘤病理类型分布特点分析

Distribution characteristics analysis of pathological types of 141 patients with lymphoma

[目的]分析淋巴瘤的病理类型分布特点.[方法]选择2010年1月—2016年8月间在延边大学附属医院病理科确诊为淋巴瘤的141例患者的临床资料,对年龄、性别及病变部位进行分析,并按照WHO（2008）造血和淋巴组织肿瘤分类标准进行病理类型分类.[结果]141例淋巴瘤患者中非霍奇金淋巴瘤131例（92.9%）,霍奇金淋巴瘤10例（7.1%）.非霍奇金淋巴瘤中较常见的类型是弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤-非特指型60例（42.6%）;T细胞和NK/T细胞中较常见的类型是结外NK/T细胞淋巴瘤-鼻型13例（9.3%）,其次为血管免疫母T细胞淋巴瘤11例（7.8%）.霍奇金淋巴瘤患者年龄分布呈双峰特点,20~30岁和60~80岁较多见;黏膜相关淋巴组织结外边缘区淋巴瘤患者中男女比例为1∶5.56.[结论]NK/T细胞淋巴瘤和血管免疫母T细胞淋巴瘤发病率较高,部分淋巴瘤亚型中年龄和性别具有特异性.

OBJECTIVE To analyze the distribution characteristics of pathological types of lymphoma. METHODS Clinical data of 141 patients diagnosed lymphoma from January 2010 to August 2016 in the pathology department of Affiliated Hospital of Yanbian University were collected. The age, gender and position of the disease were analyzed. Classification of pathological types was according to the WHO （2008） classification standard of tumors of hematopoietic and lymphoid tissues. RESULTS Among the 141 cases, 131 cases（92.9% ） were non-Hodgkin＇s lymphoma （NHL）, whereas 10 cases（7.1% ） were Hodgkin＇s lymphoma （HL）. Among NHL cases, the commonest subtype was diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, none specified type including 60 cases（DLBCL-NOS,42.6%）; among T and NK/T-cell lymphoma cases, the commonest type was extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma, nasal type including 13 cases（9.3 % ）, followed by angioimmunoblastic T cell lymphoma （AITL） including 11 cases （7. 8%）. The age distribution showed a double peak characteristic in patients with HL, it was more common in patients of 20 - 30 and 60 - 80 years old. The ratio of male to female was 1 ： 5.56 in patients with extranodal marginal zone lymphoma of mucosa- associated lymphoid tissue. CONCLUSION NK/T-cell lymphoma and angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma had a higher prevalence, and the age and gender had specificity in partial lymphoma subtypes.
