83例泪道疾病临床分析

Clinical analysis of 83 cases of lacrimal passage disease

[背景]分析泪道疾病的临床特点及疗效.[病例报告]对2013年1月至2015年12月间就诊的83例（112眼）泪道疾病患者临床特点及疗效进行分析.泪道疾病在较差环境下工作的职业人群中较多见,如工人、农民;女性中多见于男性;年龄30~85岁,平均（54.5±7.0）岁;单眼病变者54例,双眼病变者29例;泪小点病变者15例（18.07%）18眼,泪小管病变者49例（59.04%）69眼,泪囊病变者17例（20.48%）22眼,鼻泪管病变者2例（2.41%）2眼;各部位泪道疾病手术治疗总治愈率为89.16%,复发率为9.64%.[讨论]针对不同年龄、泪道不同部位给予不同治疗方法可取得较满意的疗效.

BACKGROUND To analyze the clinical characteristics and curative effects of lacrimal passage diseases. CASE REPORTS Clinical characteristics and curative effects of lacrimal passage diseases were analyzed in 83 cases （112 eyes） who were collected between January 2013 and December 2015. Lacrimal passage diseases were more common among those people who worked under the poor environment such as workers and farmers.Lacrimal passage diseases predominated in female. The patient＇s age was 30 to 85 years old, the average （54. 5±7.0）. 54 cases were monocular lesions and 29 cases were eyes lesions. 15 cases（18 eyes） were lacrimal puncta lesions（18.07% ） ; 49 cases（69 eyes） were lacrimal canaliculi lesions（59.04% ） ; 17 cases（22 eyes） were lacrimal sac lesions （20.48%）; 2 cases （2 eyes） were nasolacrimal duct lesions （2.41%）. The total operation cure rate of lacrimal passage diseases was 89.16%, and the recurrence rate was 9.64%. DISCUSSION Different therapeutic methods could obtain satisfactory curative effects according to the different ages and different parts of lacrimal passage.
