With the development of modern medicine, noninvasive automatic electronic sphygmomanometer is being widely used as a basic configuration of hospitals. Meanwhile ,household electronic sphygmomanometer is becoming more and more popular. Oscillometric electronic sphygmomanometer as countries strong seized one of the products, has affected the social lives of millions, so the sphygmomanometer registration inspection is especially important .This paper focus on the problem what easy to ignore during testing ,bases on the theory of the electronic oscillometric sphygmomanometer, makes the test data is more reliable, scientific and accurate.
