摘要
[目的]研究容器苗密度对苦楝苗木质量的影响。[方法]采用黄心土∶泥炭∶珍珠岩(1.0∶1.0∶0.2)混合基质,设置不同容器苗密度处理(36、64、100袋/m^2),测定苗木的形态指标和生理指标等,研究容器苗密度对苦楝苗木质量的影响。[结果]容器苗密度对苗木的整齐度及苗木质量的影响很大,64袋/m^2的摆放密度下所育苗木整体表现最好,宜于造林。[结论]容器苗育苗时必须采取合理的密度,从而保证苗木质量和产出。
[ Objective ] Effect of container seedling densities on the quality of Melia azedarach seedlings was studied. [ Method ] In this experiment,we used mixed medium （ loess ： turf ： perlite = 1.0 ： 1.0 ： 0.2）, setted different densities （ 36,64,100 bags/m^2 ） and determined the morphological and physiological indexes of the seedlings to study the effect of container seedling densities on the quality of M. azedarach seedlings. [ Result] The results showed that the seedling uniformity and quality were significantly affected by container seedling densities, the seedlings at the density of 64 bags/m^2 grew best in the whole period ,which were most suitable for afforestation. [ Conclusion] We must adopt rational container seedling densities, so as to ensure the quality of seedlings and output.
