竹叶提取物含有多种有效活性成分,同时具有安全、高效、稳定、可控、无毒等优点。竹叶的有效成分在食品行业应用较多,未来竹叶资源在食品方面的应用将具有广阔的前景。介绍了竹叶提取物的有效成分,包括黄酮类化合物、矿质元素、多糖和其他成分,为其在食品方面的研究和开发利用提供参考。
Bamboo leaf extracts have a variety of active ingredients, and have the advantages of safety, high efficiency, stability, controllability, non-toxic mid so on. The active components of bamboo leaves are widely used in food industry, and the application of bamboo resources will have a bright future. This paper introduces the active components of bamboo leaf extracts, including flavonoids, mineral elements, polysaccharides and other components, which will provide reference for the research and development of bamboo leaf extracts in food.
