Some Understandings of the Strategic Layout of “Four Comprehensiveness”

党的十八大以来,在深化对共产党执政规律、社会主义建设规律、人类社会发展规律认识的基础上,党中央提出并形成的"四个全面"战略布局,是形成的一系列治国理政新理念新思想新战略中的精髓和重点内容;每一个战略布局都内涵丰富,"四个全面"战略布局的整体意义重大。"四个全面"战略布局根基深厚,其出发点是坚持和发展中国特色社会主义;总依据是社会主义初级阶段理论;哲学依据是辩证唯物论和历史唯物论。

Since the 18^th National Congress of the CPC, the Central Committee has put forward and taken the shape of the strategic layout of ＂Four Comprehensiveness＂ based on the deeper understandings of the rules of communist governance, socialist construction, and human society development. This strategic layout is the essence and key content in forming a series of new concepts and ideas for governance principles. Every part of the strategic layout has rich connotations, which leads to the great significance of ＂Four Comprehensiveness＂. This strategic layout also has deep roots, with its starting point upholding and developing the socialism with Chinese characteristics, with its general basis insisting on the primary stage of socialism theory, and with its philosophical basis depending on dialectical materialism and historical materialism.
