According to the practice of the CPC＇ s party management since 1995 and Xi Jingping＇ s series of statements since the 18th National Congress of the CPC, the core principles of party management theory of the CPC refer to its target of ＂being self - strong＂, its functions of ＂building and reinforcing the base＂, and its management dimension of ＂building and strengthening the governance. ＂
