摘要
活塞是内燃机上最重要的零件之一 ,工作条件极其恶劣。为提高工作性能 ,活塞裙部设计成中凸变椭圆型 ,立体靠模仿形车削是常用的加工方法。文章探讨了活塞立体靠模的数控磨削及专用数控磨床 ,力求提高立体靠模的精度。
Piston is one of the most important part in internal combustion engine, which works in a extremely adverse condition. To improve performs of engine, the piston skirt curve is designed to be middle convex and varied elliptic pattern, copying manufacturing with master piston is commonly used. This paper focuses on NC grinding of master piston and the special CNC grinding Machine, improving its manufacturing precision.
