摘要
针对大型风电基地出力特性问题,基于甘肃酒泉大型风电基地实测数据,从风电出力日变化、季节变化、波动性、相关性、同时率方面,研究了各特性的计算指标及其时空变化规律,并给出各指标的估算函数或置信区间。另外,还提出了不同空间尺度下功率曲线的差异问题并给出修正方法。研究结果显示,大型风电基地内部分区域具有不同的风电出力特性,在估算相关参数时要分区域评估。上述研究结果可为调度决策、风场规划、修正风电功率预测结果等提供重要参考依据。
To research wind power output characteristics of large-scale wind power base, wind power parameters and their changes in multiple temporal and spatial scales were investigated in respects of daily change, seasonal change, fluctuation, correlation, and simultaneity of wind power, based on real data of Jiuquan Wind Power Base in Gansu Province. Estimation functions or confidence intervals for the parameters were proposed. Shape changes of power curve in different spatial scales were also proposed, and corresponding correction method was put forward. Study results show that power output characteristics of some areas in the same wind power base may be different. This should be taken into consideration when estimating the parameters. Results of the paper can be taken as important reference for dispatch decision, wind farm planning and modification of wind power prediction result.
