试论曾国藩经世致用思想

On the Thought of “Administration and Pragmatism” of Zeng Guofan

曾国藩以儒术入世,经世致用,经世致用必当以实用为核心。实用之术不可尽法儒术,他以"申韩"之法治军,以墨翟之勤治身,以黄老之术持家,从而成就他立功、立德、立言三不朽。但曾国藩经世致用思想并不是完美的,而是优弊并存,不能以偏概全。

The thought of ＂administration and pragmatism＇originally means practical utility and governing the country,objecting to talking of mind and ohiective changes of law. Zeng Guofan goes into the society with Confucianism. His social activity uses＂administration and pragmatism＇as purpose. He uses the method of＂Shen Buhai and H anfei＂to manage the troops, and uses the diligent of＂Modi＂to cultivate himself, and uses ＂Huang Lao Tao Thought＂ in household management. Thereby he achieves achievements in contributions, moral composition and expounding his ideas in writing. But the thought of ＂administration and pragmatism＂of Zeng Guofan is nct perfect, with advantages and disadvantages as coexistence, which can＇t be biased.
