摘要
碳代谢是稻黄单胞菌体内最基本的代谢之一.碳源的获取对于病原菌在寄主水稻体内成功建立寄生关系和生长繁殖尤为重要.营养驱动是稻黄单胞菌与水稻互作的重要方面,并且与其他致病性决定因素,如Ⅲ型分泌系统(T3SS)等常相关联.为此,对稻黄单胞菌碳代谢的途径与功能、碳代谢途径中编码催化酶基因的生物学特性,以及碳代谢与hrp(hypersensitive response and pathogenicity)系统、群体感应(quorum sensing,QS)的关联性等方面进行了归纳,对利用碳代谢途径防控水稻细菌病害的可能性进行了展望.
Carbon metabolism was one of the most basic metabolisms in Xanthomortas oryzae. Carbohydrate nutrient acquisition was crucial for pathogen to establish a successful parasitism and to grow, reproduce in host rice. Nutrition drive was also a vital aspect of rice-Xanthomonas oryzae interaction, and often associated with other crucial pathogenicity determinants, such as type Ⅲ secretion system (T3SS). It was summed up the carbon metabolism pathways and functions of Xanthomonas oryzae, the biological properties of related-genes encoding catalytic enzyme in carbon metabolism pathways, the relevance of carbon metabolism with the hrp (hypersensitive response and pathogenicity) system and quorum sensing (QS). In addition, it was discussed the prospects that carbon metabolic pathway might be used as a way to control rice bacterial diseases.
