摘要
为研究金华市公共自行车的使用情况,采用问卷调查和访谈的方法,对运行现状和存在的问题进行了分析.结果显示,当前存在的主要问题是:租借手续繁琐;布局规模不尽合理,潮汐现象突出;自行车出行环境差强人意,影响了部分使用者的意愿;后期的管理和服务不够及时.并提出了4条建议:科学地预测需求规模;在经营策略上引入商业模式;结合绿道建设,形成系统,获得"路权";确定合理的服务半径.这为提高金华市公共自行车系统的运行效率提供参考.
In order to investigate the usage of the public bicycle system in Jinhua, the method of questionnaire and interview was adopted to analyz the current situation and existing problems. The results showed that the current main problems were： loan cumbersome procedures, unreasonable layout scale, tidal phenomenon, bicycle travel environment, the inclination of people, and delay of late management and service. Four suggestions were put forward： scientific forecast demand scale, introduction of business model; combined with the greenway construction and form system determine the reasonable service radius. It could provide helpful reference to the operation oi Jinhua public bicycle system.
