大型质子治疗系统与紧凑型质子治疗系统的比较 被引量:2

摘要 质子加速器是目前世界上最先进的放射治疗设备。本文对大型质子治疗系统与紧凑型质子治疗系统在价格、场地及疗效等方面进行了比较。介绍了全球及中国质子治疗设备市场需求端格局和供给端格局。质子束进入人体组织时,其大量的能量集中在接近射程终点,称为Bragg峰。放射治疗医生可以通过调节质子加速器能量的方式,避免周围正常组织受到照射。而用常规射线照射时,周围正常组织仍受到较高量的照射。用目前先进的三维适形放射治疗和调强放射治疗技术,只需用少数的照射野,即可达到非常满意的放射剂量分布。目前全球有57家中心正在开展质子治疗工作,每年约有4万人接受质子治疗。所治疗的肿瘤有头颈部肿瘤、恶性脑部肿瘤、前列腺癌、骨肉瘤、肝癌、肺癌、软骨肉瘤等,均取得较好的效果。目前已引起世界各国放射治疗学界的重视。 The proton accelerator is the most advanced radiotherapy equipment in the world.This paper compares the price,site,efficacy and other aspects between the large proton therapy system and the compact proton therapy system,and introduces the supply and demand pattern of global and China market of the proton therapy facilities.The energy of the proton beam is concentrated near the end of the range,when it enters the human body tissue,which is called the Bragg peak.Radiation therapy physicians can avoid the surrounding normal tissue exposure by adjusting the proton accelerator energy.The surrounding normal tissue is still received relatively high radiation doses during the conventional radiation therapy.A very satisfactory radiation dose distribution can be achieved by the current advanced three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy and intensity modulated radiation therapy,with only a small number of irradiation field.At present,57 utilities are carrying out the proton therapy around the world;about 40,000 people have been treated by the proton therapy each year.Indications for the proton therapy include head and neck cancer,malignant brain tumors,prostate cancer,osteosarcoma,liver cancer,lung cancer,chondrosarcoma,etc.,and pleasing results are obtained.In this situation,more attention has been paid to it by most countries.
