摘要 针对某些工业现场分布广泛和布线困难等问题,以TI公司无线低功耗单片机CC1110为核心设计了一种低功耗无线温度变送器。设计中无线通信协议采用低功耗Simplici TI协议,信号处理电路采用低功耗仪表放大器AD627,无线温度变送器供电采用高容量锂电池,并利用单片机进行实时电量检测报警。温度变送器每10秒钟进行一次数据采集发送,其它时间处在休眠状态,休眠状态下关闭信号处理电路和液晶显示电路的工作电源。测试与分析表明该无线温度变送器具有较高的精度和优越的低功耗特性。 Aiming at the problems of industrial field distribution and routing problems,a low power wireless temperature transmitter is designed,which is based on the TI wireless low power MCU CC1110. The design of wireless communication protocol is based on low power wireless networks Simplici TI protocol. The low-power instrumentation amplifier AD627 is used in the design of the instrument signal processing circuit,wireless temperature transmitter battery using high capacity lithium battery powered,and use the microcontroller ADC to sample real-time electric quantity detection and alarm. Temperature transmitter using low power programming,the transmitter every 10 S clock for a data acquisition and transmission,the other time in a dormant state,and the working power supply of the signal processing circuit and the liquid crystal display circuit is switched off..The test and analysis show that the wireless temperature transmitter has high precision and low power consumption.
