开花坐果期弱光对不同品种番茄生理特性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 通过覆盖遮阳网形成光照强度不同的弱光处理,研究开花坐果期弱光胁迫对番茄生理特性和产量的影响,结果表明:开花坐果期弱光会导致番茄叶面积、叶片叶绿素含量和净光合速率下降,引起减产;并导致叶片可溶性糖含量降低,丙二醛含量增加,对可溶性蛋白影响不显著;同时过氧化氢酶、过氧化物歧化酶和超氧化物歧化酶活性普遍下降。不同类型番茄品种对弱光胁迫的响应程度不同,轻度弱光(光强减少31.46%)下,番茄品系‘超越’产量下降14.23%,表现出较强的耐弱光性,光合能力下降程度较小,同时MDA含量增加幅度较低,而保护性酶活性下降较少。 Effects of different weak light levels on tomato physiological characteristics in blossom and fruit-setting period were studied by covering shading net. The results showed that when treated by weak light,the leaf area,chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate were decreased,causing yield reduction; the soluble sugar content in leaves was declined,MDA content increased,and soluble protein had no significant difference; and the activities of CAT,POD,SOD were all decreased.Different responses to weak light were observed in different tomato varieties. When treated by mild weak light( light intensity decreasing by 31. 46%),yield of 'Chaoyue' reduced by 14. 23%,showing high tolerance to weak light,and the photosynthetic ability decreased slightly,MDA content increased little,and the enzymes activities decreased little.
