Agricultural bio-resources are the fundamental material basis for maintaining the survival,fitness and development of mankind. Collection and preservation of Agricultural bio-resources is a most important groundwork. This paper deals with the construction target,implementation progress and achieved results of the project for the Fujian Provincial Center for Agricultural Bio-resources Preservation,as well as offer a proposal for the project.
