Under the background of nationwide reading, school should take effective promotion strategies to implement the student-oriented reading promotion work. Students’ reading should be included in national strategy. Specialized students-oriented reading promotion departments and adolescent reading fund should be established to ensure the validity and effect of reading promotion. Colleges and universities should become the demonstration center of nationwide reading and combine superior resources to cultivate talents in reading instruction and reading promotion. The university library should increase its reading promotion.
