摘要
高校开展职业生涯规划教育应该分年级、分阶段,循序渐进。大一阶段集中加强学生的基础教育,如新生入学教育、专业素养教育和就业形势教育;大二、大三阶段侧重于未来职业认知和职业目标的确立、职业经验和求职技能的培养等;大四阶段以择业就业观、求职技能和心理素质为主要内容进行择业就业能力提升教育。
The university career planning education should be divided into different grades and carried out by stages. In the first year, freshmen’s basic education should be strengthened,such as the new entrance education, professional quality education and education of overall employment situation; during the second and third year, the future career cognition, career goal setting, and the training of career experience and job skills should be concerned; during the senior stage, employment capability promotion education including the view of employment, employ skills and psychological quality should be carried out .
