天使投资视角下科技型小微企业融资机制构建——以安徽省初创期小微企业为例

Construction of Financing Operation Mechanism of Technology-based Small and Micro Enterprisesof Start-up Stage from the Perspective of Angel Investment——Take Small and Micro Enterprises in Anhui Province as an Example

科技型小微企业在促进经济增长、吸纳就业、科技创新以及优化产业结构等方面具有不可替代的作用,但在创业初期难以获得融资的现实已成为制约其发展的瓶颈。基于安徽省天使投资及初创期科技型小微企业的现状,同时借鉴国际经验,可以看到,要完善初创期科技型小微企业融资运行机制应从以下几个方面入手:完善小微企业知识产权评估模式;完善天使投资退出机制;加大对小微企业融资的扶持力度;营造良好的社会信用环境,建设有效的信用机制;构建天使投资信息网络交流平台;加强天使投资人之间的沟通与了解。

Technology -based small and micro enterprises play an irreplaceable role in promoting economic growth, attracting employment, scientific and technological innovation and optimizing industrial structure. However, the reality that it is difficult to obtain financing in the start -up stage of business becomes a bottleneck restricting its development. This paper begins with introducing the present situation of angel investment and technology-based small and micro enterprises in the start-up stage in Anhui Province, based on the international experience and enlightenment, analyzes the advantages of the angel investment to solve the financing problem of technology-based small and micro enterprises in the start-up stage. According to the main factors restricting the development of angel investment, it proposes to construct financing operation mechanism of technology-based small and micro enterprises of start-up stage suitable for Anhui Province.
