摘要
目的分析药店减肥类保健食品营销与销售员素质的关联,探讨减肥类保健食品销售量的提高途径。方法通过调查某连锁药店减肥类保健食品的销售数据、销售员工龄、相关培训次数、门店男女人数,分析减肥类保健食品销售量与销售员素质之间的关系。结果销售员工龄,相关培训次数及销售员男女人数均对减肥类保健食品销售量产生一定影响。结论增加员工相关培训次数;降低门店人员流失率,提高老员工比例;培养销售员的学习能力及表达能力,提高销售人员的总体素质,从而最大限度提高减肥类保健食品销售量。
Objective To analyze the relationship between slimming healthy food pharmacy 's marketing and salesman's quality, and to explore the ways to improve sales volume of slimming health food. Methods By investigating one pharmacy chain store the slimming healthy food’s sales data such as working years of a salesman, related training, the number of salesmen and saleswomen, the relationship between slimming healthy food's marketing and salesman was analyzed. Results The working age of salesman, the training and the number of salesmen and saleswomen influence slimming healthy food's marketing to some extent. Conclusion Increasing the frequency of staff training, reducing the wastage rate of thestore staff , improvingthe overall ratio of the old employees, training salespeople's learning ability and the ability of expression, improving the quality of the sales staff ,thus enhance the sales amount to the maximum of slimming healthy food.
