少学时、大容量、高效率的教学模式探索--以工程管理专业《工程估价》课程教学为例

Exploration of "Less Time, High Capacity" Teaching Mode Taking Project Budget Teaching of Engineering Management Specialty For Example

针对新时期下不断降低学分、精简优化课程结构的要求,通过高标准的教学目标、合理的教学方式、优化教学内容、理论与实践结合、有计划的课后训练等一系列改革措施,在仅40个授课学时内,学生既较好地掌握工程估价的基本理论,又获得了较为充分的工程计量与计价的实践操作锻炼,实现了"少学时、大容量、高效率"的教学改革目标。

According to the requirements of reducing credit constantly and optimizing the course structure,the author explores a series of reform measures including formulating strict teaching objectives,implementing learner-centered teaching methods,systemically optimizing course teaching content,reasonably arranging theory teaching and practice training and giving full play to the role of the second classroom,students can not only master the basic theory of project evaluation,but also fully practice operation exercise of construction engineering measurement and valuation.The teaching reform of ＂less time, high capacity and high efficiency＂ is achieved in just 40 teaching classes.
