摘要
介绍并分析比较电镀法、浸涂上引法以及连续挤压包覆法等几种铜包钢线生产方法。电镀法设备体积小 ,投资少 ,但只能生产薄镀层细线 ,并存在环境污染 ;浸涂上引法的产品界面结合强度高 ,长度不限 ,但工艺复杂 ,设备庞大 ,技术难度较大 ,生产效率较低 ;连续挤压包覆技术设备投资少 ,生产率高 ,铜包覆层厚度均匀、无露点、无焊缝 ,内在质量好 ,导电率高 ,成本低 。
