摘要
自货车实行高速公路计重收费以来,车辆计重收费主要依据车辆轴型、自身重量以及行驶路程等因素。在动态称重技术日益成熟的今天,传统轮轴识别技术存在传感器容易损坏、整个系统装置故障率高且安装铺设困难等问题,而冗余轮轴识别技术则可有效解决上述问题,且可有效降低货车计重收费过程中的纠纷,提高收费站通行效率。介绍冗余轮轴识别技术配合整车式动态计重系统在酉沿高速公路重庆段收费站的应用,对冗余轮轴识别技术的可靠性和先进性进行有效验证。
Since the implementation of expressway weighting charge for trucks,the vehicle weighting mainly based on vehicle axle type,its weight and travel distance,etc. Nowadays,the dynamic weighting technology is well developed,and the traditional axle recognition technology has disadvantages like easy defected sensors,high fault rate of the system and difficulty in installation,etc. However,redundant shaft type identification technology may effectively solve above problems,and it may effectively reduce disputes during truck weighting charge process, increase toll station traffic efficiency. This paper introduces application of redundant shaft type identification technology matched with whole vehicle dynamic weighting system at Youyang? Yanhe Expressway Chongqing section toll stations,which gave effectively verification to reliability and advantages of redundant shaft type identification technology.
