摘要
为准确评价隧道运营过程中的安全性,尽量减少人为因素的干扰,从交通状态、隧道环境、机电设施、交通工程设施等方面建立隧道运营安全性评价指标体系,同时建立基于熵权法的TOPSIS隧道运营安全性评价模型,采用熵权法来计算评价指标权重,可反映大部分指标的原始信息。结合TOPSIS模型对隧道运营安全性进行评价,并以贵州省境内某高速公路隧道Q_1、Q_2、Q_3为例,计算各隧道与理想解的相对贴近度,其分别为0.657 4、0.439 6、0.534 8,因此隧道Q_1的关联度最大,故其安全性最高;隧道Q_3次之,隧道Q_2的安全性最差。其评价结果与现场情况基本一致,表明该方法对于隧道运营安全性评价具有一定的参考价值。
In order to accurately evaluate safety of tunnel operation and minimize interference by human factors,tunnel operation safety evaluation index system was set up in aspects of communication status,tunnel environment,electro- mechanical equipment,communication engineering facilities,etc. In the same time,a tunnel operation safety evaluation model based on entropy TOPSIS is set up,that using entropy method to calculate weight of evaluation indices,which may reflect original information of most indices. This paper carries out tunnel operation safety evaluation using TOPSIS model,and calculations were made to tunnel Q1,Q2,Q3 in certain expressway within Guizhou territory,the relative closeness of each tunnel to the ideal solution is calculated,the values were respectively 0. 6574,0. 4396,0. 5348,tunnel Q1 has the highest value,so it has the best safety; Tunnel Q3 is the second,and the tunnel Q2 has the worst safety. The results of evaluation are similar with site situation,it means this method has certain reference value for evaluation of tunnel operation safety.
