The Moss is one of the short stories written by Alice Munro, the 2013 Nobel Literary Prize winner. In The Moss , the author indicates strong ecological feminist consciousness through the deconstructive narration of Androcentrism in the following aspects: the ecological environment, the relationship between characters, and specific images. It is not only consistent with its feminist objectivity, but also integrates the practical significance of ecologicalism to approach Munro5 s short story The Moss from the perspective of ecological feminism. This approach is positively meaningful for arousing readers ’ re-examination and critique of the patriarchal culture and evoking people ’ s ecological consciousness and the consciousness of equality between men and women, and establishing an ideal society of equality, tolerance, harmony and sustainable development.
