整合微课促进高校教师TPACK能力发展 被引量:5

摘要 微课的设计与制作离不开教师TPACK能力的支持。研究通过文献调研、微课大赛调研以及"高校教师微课制作情况"调查问卷,分析出微课必备要素与教师TPACK能力之间的映射,反映出教师微课设计与制作方面的欠缺。面对这些缺位,作者从夯实专业知识、强化教学技能、提升ICT能力、同行学习几个角度出发,以微课为契机点,促进教师TPACK能力发展。
