摘要
系统地研究采用分子筛吸附法分离粗TiCl4 中VOCl3的过程。结果表明 ,分子筛的活化温度选在 3 0 0℃至 80 0℃之间 ,相对于分子筛的球心 ,被吸附元素含量由外向内逐渐减少呈对称分布 ,超声波搅拌可明显加速分子筛的吸附速率。解吸温度越高被吸附物的解吸越完全 ,但能量消耗也越大 ,权衡各种因素 ,解吸温度不宜超过 3 0
The separation of VOCl 3 from crude TiCl 4 with molecular sieves is investigated systemically The results show that the molecular sieve is activated at the temperature between 300℃ and 800℃ The distribution of adsorbate is symmetrical about the center of molecular sieve particle,moreover,the amount of both Ti and V decreases gradually inwardly,and the adsorption rate can be acceleratged by ultrasonic stirring The higher the desorption temperature,the more complete the adsorbate desorbed,and the greater energy consumed The desorption temperature should not be higher than 300℃ in comprehensive consideration
