采动影响下碎裂煤巷注浆加固优化研究与应用 被引量:37

摘要 针对某矿采区上山大巷群受回采工作面动压扰动应力影响,致使巷道围岩碎裂难以维护的问题,在围岩强弱结构机理分析的基础上,提出了锚喷注浆加强支护控制巷道围岩稳定性的方法。采用COMSOL Multiphysics有限元软件对影响浆液扩散的参数进行了模拟研究,并对注浆水泥浆液性能进行了实验室测试,提出采用水灰比为1.5∶1的超细水泥浆液对巷道围岩进行分层次耦合注浆加固的方法。现场实测钻孔窥视和矿压观测结果表明:受工作面采动扰动影响煤层大巷群围岩的稳定性得到增强,研究成果为类似条件巷道围岩稳定性改善提供了一定的控制理论和借鉴方法。 In order to solve the problem of surrounding rock broken and difficulty maintain of raise roadway groups influenced by dynamic pressure of working face, based on mechanism analysis of surrounding rock weak and strength structure, surrounding rock sta-bility control method of bolting and shotcreting grouting was put forward. Then the parameters that influenced grout diffusion were simulated by COMSOL Multiphysics finite element software, and cement grout peiformance was test in laboratory, then different level coupling grouting reinforcement method with water cement ratio superfine cement grout was put forward . The results showed that coal seam roadway surrounding rock stability was strengthened, the results references for similar situation .
