高瓦斯薄煤层采煤工作面底板钻孔瓦斯抽采技术 被引量:3

摘要 分析得出高瓦斯薄煤层回采工作面瓦斯涌出以邻近层为主。为解决工作面回采期间瓦斯异常涌出的问题,采用在4号煤层底板布置钻孔对卸压瓦斯进行抽采,并对底板钻孔抽采参数设计进行了研究,结合底板钻孔抽采效果分析,得出4号煤层底板裂缝带高度、底板钻孔最佳施工参数等数据。现场应用结果表明:通过向工作面底板裂缝带内施工参数设计合理的底板钻孔,单孔抽采瓦斯纯量在0.10~0.44m^3/min之间,解决了工作面底板瓦斯超限的难题,保障了工作面安全回采。实践证明,回采期间高瓦斯薄煤层采煤工作面卸压瓦斯抽采是治理瓦斯的关键。 The main gas discharge was from the adjacent layer for mining working face with high gas and thin coal seam . In order to solve the problem of gas abnor^nal discharge during working face mining period, unloading gas was drained by drilling holes in 4 coal seam floor, then floor drilling holes parameters were studied, with drainage effect in floor, fracture zone height, floor hole parameters and so on of 4 coal seam were obtained. The practical showed that after drilling holes in floor fracture zone of working face, gas drain-age amount was about 0. 10-0. 44m^3/min of single hole, the difficulty problem of gas transfinite in floor of working face was solved, safety mining was guaranteed, unloading gas drainage is key for gas management during high gas and thin coal seam working face mining.
