摘要
研究了不同品种蜡梅花挥发油的成分及抗氧化活性。采用气质联用和多种模式识别方法,对不同品种蜡梅的挥发油进行了成分分析和分类结果可视化。共鉴定出62种化学成分,并筛选出22种造成不同种类挥发油差异的主要物质。此外,进行了新旧品种之间的对比,筛选出新品种中含量较高的活性物质(-)-反式石竹烯。抗氧化实验表明蜡梅挥发油可作为天然抗氧化剂,且新品种挥发油的抗氧化性在多种体系中显著优于其他品种,说明该品种具有较高的培育价值。
In this research, comprehensive phytochemical profile and antioxidant activities of volatile oil isolated from different varieties of Chimonanthus praecox were studied. The chemical composition of volatile oil was analyzed using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) method, and visualization of classification in different varieties was carried out based on multiple pattern recognition methods. A total of 62 compounds were identified and 22 main markers responsible for discrimination among different varieties were indicated. In addition,the comparison among new and traditional varieties was achieved and (-)-/3-caryophyllene was filtered for its higher content in new variety than traditional ones. The antioxidant assays revealed that Chimonanthus Praecox volatile oil was a good candidate for natural antioxidants. Moreover,the one of new variety had the significantly higher antioxidant activities than the traditional ones in various systems,indicating its high cultivation value.
