摘要
通过融熔共混的方法制备了β成核剂——庚二酸钙(CaHA)改性的聚丙烯(PP),并测试了其改性效果和力学性能。结果表明,CaHA是一种高效的β成核剂,对促进PP的α晶型向β晶型转变具有显著效果;当加入的CaHA含量为1%时,PP的改性效果最好,其中冲击强度可达到32.8 kJ/m^2,拉伸强度达到38.8 MPa,弯曲强度达到31.6 MPa。
A series of polypropylene compounds modified by calcium pimelate (CaHA) were prepared by a melt-blending method, and their mechanical performance, thermal properties and fracture surface were investigated extensively. The results indicated that CaHA could well act as a β -form nucleating agent to promote a crystalline transformation from α-form crystals to the β one in PP. The compounds achieved optimum mechanical performance when 1. 0 wt % of CaHA was incorporated into PP, and their impact strength, tensile strength and flexural strength reached 32. 79 kj/m2, 38. 8 MPa and 31. 6 MPa, respectively.
