摘要
利用ANSYS软件分别对隐式安全气囊中的硬塑气囊盖板进行了弱化结构受力分析和结构优化,通过仿真0.1、0.3、0.5、0.7、1.0、1.5 mm 6种不同残余厚度的气囊盖板在爆破时破裂的难易程度,得出硬塑气囊盖板的最佳弱化深度约为0.5 mm,并进行了气囊爆破试验验证。
This article reported the stress analysis of weakened structure and structural optimization for hard plastic airbag cover plates in an implicit airbag by an ANSYS software. Through simulating the degree of blowing-up for the hard plastic airbag cover plate at six different residual thicknesses of 0. 1, 0. 3,0. 5,0. 7,1. 0 and 1. 5 mm, an optimal residual thickness could be determined as around 0. 5 mm. This result was also verified by a balloon blasting experiment.
