医护一体化护理模式在艾滋病患者护理中的应用

Practicing Effect of the Pattern of Doctor and Nurse Integration Used in Nursing AIDS Patients

目的探讨医护一体化模式在艾滋病患者护理中的应用。方法选择2014年1月至2015年12月收治的艾滋病患者,共121例,2014年57例为对照组,采用常规护理模式;2015年64例为观察组,采用医护一体化护理模式。结果观察组完成检查时间(2.26±0.79)d、异常结果反馈时间(0.95±0.37)d、平均住院时间(14.37±7.25)d较对照组缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理人员满意度、医师满意度、患者满意度较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用医护一体化的护理模式能有效缩短艾滋病患者完成检查时间、异常结果反馈时间、平均住院时间,同时提高医护及患者满意度。

Objective To discuss the practicing effect of the pattern of doctor and nurse integrationused in nursing AIDS patient.Method The 121 cases of Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome(AIDS) patients treated in the Infection Department of Chaoyang Hospital Affiliated to Zhangzhou Hospital from January 2014 to December 2015.The 57 cases in 2014 as contrast group were treated with the routine nursing pattern,and the 64 cases as experimental group in 2015 treated with the nursing pattern of doctor and nurseintegration.Result The complete check time(2.26±0.79) d,feedback time of obnormal results(0.95±0.37) d and average hospital stay(14.37±7.25) d of the cases as the experimental group were shortened,compared to the cases as the contrast group,the difference of which was significant(P<0.05);the nursing staff' s satisfaction,doctors' satisfaction,and patients' satisfaction of the experimental group were improved,compared to the contrast group,the difference of which was significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The nursing pattern of doctor and nurse integration can effectively shorten the complete check time,feedback time of abnormal results and average hospital stay,and improve the satisfaction of doctors,nurses and patients at the same time.
