摘要
文章借鉴SCL-90量表,截取福建省高校181位女性管理者的调查样本,对其工作满意度与职业倦怠的相关性进行调查,研究分析表明:福建省高校女性管理人员工作满意度较高,但职业倦怠的程度也较为严重,高校女性管理人员的工作满意度较男性管理人员高,但其职业倦怠程度也较男性管理人员高。在此基础上,从组织和社会层面提出降低福建省高校女性管理人员职业倦怠程度,提高工作绩效的对策与建议。
Based on SCL-90,the present paper selects 181 samples of female administrators at colleges or in universities in Fujian province to investigate the relevance of job satisfaction and job burnout.The study shows that female administrators in Fujian higher education institutions are more satisfied with their job so does their occupation burnout. Compared with male administrators, female ones have a relative higher level of job satisfaction's well as the job burnout.In light of findings,this paper proposes some strategies and advice in the improvement of job performance from the institutional and social level to reduce the degree of female administrators ’ job burnout in Fujian higher education system.
