摘要
目的研究分析64层螺旋CT与MRI应用于隐匿性骨折诊断中的临床效果。方法在盖州市中心医院接收的隐匿性骨折患者中,随机选取90例作为研究对象,所有研究对象均于2014年9月至2016年8月期间入院就诊,将患者分为研究组和对照组,每组各为45例,研究组患者应用MRI进行检查,对照组患者应用64层螺旋CT进行检查,对比研究组与对照组的检查结果。结果研究组诊断隐匿性骨折的准确性、敏感性、特异性分别为88.89%、90.47%、100.00%,对照组诊断隐匿性骨折的准确性、敏感性、特异性均为100.00%;研究组、对照组诊断隐匿性骨折的特异性均为100%,无差异;研究组诊断隐匿性骨折的准确率、敏感度与对照组存在显著差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MRI应用于隐匿性骨折诊断中的临床效果优于64层螺旋CT,值得推广应用。
Objective To study the analysis of 64 application layer spiral CT and MRI in the diagnosis of occult fracture clinical effect. Methods In our hospital to receive the occult fracture patients,90 cases were randomly selected as the research object,all the object of study in September 2014 to August 2016 in hospital sees a doctor,patients can be divided into research group and the control group,each group of45 cases,MRI inspection team patients,control group patients 64 layer spiral CT was used to check,the findings of contrast group and the control group. Results The accuracy of the team in the diagnosis of occult fracture,sensitivity and specificity were 88. 89%,90. 47%,100. 00%,the control accuracy of the diagnosis of occult fracture,sensitivity and specificity were 100. 00%; Group and the control group the specificity of the diagnosis of occult fracture were 100%,no difference; Team in the diagnosis of occult fracture of accuracy,sensitivity,and significant differences in the control group,with statistical significance(P〈0. 05). Conclusion MRI is applied to the diagnosis of occult fracture clinical effect is better than 64 layers spiral CT,is worthy of popularization and application.
