摘要
目的探究为缺铁性贫血患者行整体护理干预对其治疗依从性和护理满意度的影响。方法选取江西省宜春市人民医院于2015年11月至2016年11月期间收治的76例缺铁性贫血患者参与研究,将其随机分为对照组(n=38)和研究组(n=38),患者入院即刻开始实施护理,分别实施常规护理及整体护理。结果护理后3周研究组患者的治疗依从性与护理满意度均明显高于对照组,组间数据差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论整体护理应用于缺铁性贫血患者中对其病情控制具有正面影响,还可提升患者的治疗依从性及护理满意度,可扩大应用范围。
Objective To explore the effect of holistic nursing intervention on compliance and nursing satisfaction of patients with iron deficiency anemia. Methods Selected in our hospital from November2015 to November 2016 admitted during the period of study in 76 cases of iron deficiency anemia patients,which were randomly divided into control group（n = 38） and study group（n = 38）,were given routine nursing care and nursing. Results After treatment,the treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the data difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The application of holistic nursing in patients with iron deficiency anemia has a positive impact on its disease control,but also can improve the patient＇s treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction,can expand the scope of application.
