摘要
阐述了风电场在规划阶段需要进行电能质量评估的关键内容,根据电能质量的相关规定,通过对现行标准的分析,总结了风电场谐波、电压闪变值及其限值的评估方法。并结合风电场运行的实际情况,给出了考虑背景谐波情况的电压畸变率的计算方法。结合湖北某风电场实际规划方案,对其进行接入电网后的谐波电流、谐波电压、电压闪变值进行了评估,可为其他风电场规划阶段电能质量评估提供参考。
The key content of wind farm power quality assessment in the planning stage is introduced in this paper. According to the relevant provisions of the power quality, through the analysis of the existing standards, the harmonic, voltage flicker value and its evaluation methods for wind farms are summed up. Combined with the actual situation of the wind farm, the calculation method of the voltage distortion rate considering the background harmonics is given. Combined with the actual planning scheme of a wind farm in Hubei, the harmonic current, harmonic voltage and voltage flicker value after the access to the grid are evaluated, which can be used as reference for the evaluation of power quality in other wind power planning phases.
