摘要 以建设期内的燃气-蒸汽联合循环热电联产机组为对象,分析了机组汽轮机凝汽器在启动和运行阶段的工作状态区别,以及两种状态对真空泵要求的区别。分别计算了两种状态下凝汽器真空泵所需要的抽汽量,结果表明根据机组启动工况设计真空泵很难同时满足机组运行状态时真空泵高效节能运转。与成熟燃机电厂的改型方案进行比较,计算结果和实际情况吻合,说明此种改型方案可行且值得推广。 Based on the gas-steam combined cycle units in construction period, the differences between the start-up and the operating state of steam turbine condenser are analysised, as well as the different requirements of the vacuum pump in these two states. The extraction steam of vacuum pump in these two states are calculated. It is concluded that the vacuum pump is hard to meet the running status with high efficiency and energy saving, when the pump design based on the unit start-up operating. The conclusion is compared to the retrofit scheme of a mature generation station, turning out to be good matches, which means such kind of retrofit scheme is feasible and worthy to be popularized.
