论大学生评教现实困境及破解之策——基于双重评教模式的合理性与优越性 被引量:3

摘要 高校学生评教的有效性问题一直是社会公众关注的热点话题,是频繁引发师生争议的焦点话题,也是令高校教务管理部门十分头疼和困惑的政策难题。为了解决单一学生评教模式的低效性问题,文章提出了学生评教和教师自评相结合的双重评教模式,进而提出新的教学效果评定公式:Y=3Xs×Xt×X。由于增加了教师的自评,并与学生的考核成绩发生了内在关联,新的评教模式可以显著提升教学效果评价的有效性。做好充分的舆论准备、科学合理安排评教时间和地点、积极正面使用评教结果是使用新评教模式的条件保障。 The validity problem of student appraisal of teaching in colleges and universities has been a hot topic for the public in society as well as a hot topic caused the controversy frequently between teachers and students, which is still regarded as a policy problem confused the educational administration department in u- niversities. In order to solve the problem of inefficiency of the single mode in student evaluation of teaching, this paper presents a dual mode of teaching evaluation which combines the student evaluation of teaching, teacher self - assessment and a new evaluation of teaching effectiveness formula Y =3√(Xs×Xt×X) . Consider-ing the addition of teachers self - assessment and its internal association with students 'examination results, the new teaching evaluation mode can significantly enhance the effectiveness of teaching effectiveness evalua-tion. Making full preparation, arranging the evaluation time and place scientifically and reasonably, and using a positive appraisal result are the conditional guarantee of using the new assessment mode.
