近五年国内关于“大学生就业”研究的统计与思考

Statistics and Thinking of the Study on "Graduates Employment" in the Past Five Years in China

文章通过选取2010—2014年核心期刊及硕/博士学位论文数据库收录的关于大学生就业研究的学位论文,对其进行文献计量学分析,研究主要呈现以下特点:研究方法以传统主义范式和科学实证主义范式为主导,研究内容以宏观世界的问题域为焦点,研究机制体现为三大学术共同体派系的形成。我国今后关于大学生就业研究的趋势:研究方法走向现象学质性主义研究范式,研究领域从相对集中的单一化向相对分散的多元化演变,研究机制开始走向机构合作群的建立。

With the literature metrology analysis method, through selecting the academic papers pub-lished by core journals and CDFD /CMFD academic dissertations about graduates＇ employment from 2010 to 2014, it has found that investigating institutions, authors, keywords, topics, methods, researches about graduates＇employment mainly present the following features： the main methods are traditional paradigm and scientific empirically paradigm, the contents focus on the macroeconomic problemsydomain, and the mecha-nism embodies in the formation of three centers of the academic community. The trend in the graduates ＇employ-ment research shows that the phenomenological qualitative research paradigm will become the dominant meth- od, the contents will become relatively decentralized from ever relatively simplified ones and the academic in-stitutionsy ＇cooperation will be formed.
