摘要
随着科学技术水平的提升,我国机械化水平也越来越高。机械设备在长时间使用中,可能由于客观因素影响造成设备故障现象出现,影响到设备的正常使用和寿命。而无损检测技术其精准度高,可以有效降低检测中对设备带来的二次损伤。文章主要就机械设备维修中无损检测技术的实践应用进行分析,结合实际情况,提出合理的改善措施。
With the improvement of science and technology level, the level of mechanization in China is also getting higher and higher.Long time use of mechanical equipment affects the normal use and life of the equipment probably due to objective fac-tors caused by equipment failure phenomenon.The nondestructive testing technology has high precision,which can effectively re-duce the two damage to the equipment. Therefore, this paper mainly analyzes the practical application of nondestructive testing technology in mechanical equipment maintenance.
