摘要
屏加工液压系统(Screen processing Hydraulic System)出现压力波动的主要原因有两种:机械方面、电气方面。屏加工车间的输出压力一般为13MPa,屏产品研磨过程中其液压系统一旦出现多次压力波动情况,势必会造成研磨电流的不稳定。文章综合屏加工液压系统的基本构造、基本工作原理以及基本工作压力等,分析屏加工液压系统压力波动形成的基本原因,根据具体原因进行具体分析,以期能够提出针对性的解决措施。
There are two main reasons for the pressure fluctuations in screen processing hydraulic system(screen processing hydraulic system):mechanical and electrical.The output pressure of the screen processing workshop is generally 13MPa,and the pressure of the hydraulic system in the grinding process of the screen products will be unstable.The paper analyses the basic rea-son of pressure fluctuation of hydraulic system for screen processing based on the basic structure,basic working principle and ba-sic working pressure of the hydraulic system integrated screen processing and makes a concrete analysis of specific reasons in or-der to put forward targeted solutions.
